The Community Involvement team organized a 1K donation this summer to the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association. A big thank you to the Stauffer’s staff for their individual donations to make this gift possible!
Since 2005, The Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association has worked to improve the water quality of the Lower Susquehanna River for drinking, fishing, and swimming. They are also dedicated to improving and raising awareness on the ecological health of the Lower Susquehanna River Watershed and the Chesapeake Bay.
We admire their commitment to education, research, advocacy, and insistence upon compliance with the law; and we are grateful for their ongoing work to make the water in our community healthier.
