Unsolicited Idea Policy
We at Meiji America Inc. appreciate consumers’ enthusiasm and interest in our brands. Our company policy, however, is not to solicit ideas, suggestions, or proposals from consumers and/or the general public, outside of specific promotions subject to detailed terms and conditions of participation. The purpose of this policy is to protect the consumer and Meiji America Inc., and to avoid any misunderstandings should there be similarities between anything Meiji America Inc. creates and a consumer’s idea.
Please be advised as well that any unsolicited ideas submitted to Meiji America Inc. shall be subject to the following provisions:
- Meiji America Inc. may use the submission for any purpose without any compensation to the submitter or a third party.
- All submissions will become the property or Meiji America Inc. and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- Meiji America Inc. will have no obligation to return any of the submission and/or provide any acknowledgment of its receipt.
